Princess Louise's Kensington Regiment
The Princess Louise's Kensington Regiment was a Volunteer infantry regiment of the British Army.
==History==
The regiment was first created in 1908 when the Volunteer Force and the Yeomanry were merged to create the Territorial Force. The regiment was subordinated as a battalion of the London Regiment was known then as the 13th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (Kensington) and was assigned to the 4th London Brigade, serving alongside the 14th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (London Scottish), 15th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (Prince of Wales's Own Civil Service Rifles) and 16th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (Queen's Westminster Rifles). The brigade, along with 5th London Brigade and 6th london Brigade, and many support units, formed 2nd London Division.
